Rest assured, all our products undergo thorough Dermatological testing to ensure they are safe for use, and they are also PSQCA approved. We take great care to formulate our products without any harmful chemicals, making them gentle and effective for your skin.

While all our products are suitable for pregnant women, we understand the significance of this special phase in your life. We highly recommend consulting your doctor if you have any doubts, ensuring that our products are the perfect fit for you and your growing family.

Are the products unisex/Gender Neutral?

Yes, all our products are Gender Neutral! 

What is the Shelf Life of the products?

Our products come with a Different expiry from the date of manufacturing, ensuring ample shelf life for your skincare needs. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 6 months to maintain its optimal efficacy. To provide you with a seamless skincare experience, once opened we have carefully designed the quantity for each product to last approximately 3 months when used as per the recommended routine. Rest assured, we've considered every detail to give you enough buffer time before the product reaches its expiry date. Your satisfaction and skincare experience are of utmost importance to us!

How to store the products?

Here's how you can store all our products: Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Are the products suitable for sensitive Skin?

Our products are formulated, keeping in mind all Pakistan skin types. However, for your peace of mind, we recommend conducting a quick patch test.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

  • Wish to cancel your order? Send us an WhatsApp Massage within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • But wait, once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address on an order that’s been placed?

Yes, you can! However, please note that shipping address changes can only be made before your order reaches the Ready-To-Ship stage. If you need to modify the shipping address, kindly reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible. They will be more than happy to assist you with the necessary updates.

What if my order is marked delivered, but I have not received it?

Fret not, In such cases please ensure to reach out to our support team within 72 hours of the order being marked delivered & they shall assist you!

What are the payment options available?

We offer multiple payment options to make your shopping experience seamless. You can choose from, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Card, Easy Paisa and even Cash on Delivery (COD).

My payment has been deducted but my order is not confirmed. What should I do?

How many days does it take for delivery?

We have multiple warehouses across the country, ensuring speedy deliveries. The delivery period typically ranges from 5 to 7 working days, depending on whether your location falls within a metropolis or a remote area. PS: During special sale or offer, it might take longer.

Can you expedite my product on priority?
